Zinc alloy die casting mold

Zinc alloy die-casting mold is a mold used to produce metal parts through the die-casting process. The mold is precision cast with zinc alloy as the main material and has excellent corrosion resistance and strength. Widely used in various industries such as automobiles, electronics, home appliances, and construction, it is an indispensable and important tool in modern manufacturing.

Zinc alloy die-casting molds are made of high-quality zinc alloy materials and have the following characteristics:

Excellent corrosion resistance: Zinc alloy has good corrosion resistance in humid environments, which can effectively extend the service life of the mold.
High strength: After reasonable alloying treatment, zinc alloy has high mechanical strength and can withstand high pressure during the die-casting process.
Good thermal conductivity: Zinc alloy has good thermal conductivity, which is beneficial to the heat dissipation of the mold and prevents mold damage caused by high temperature.

3. Production process

The production process of zinc alloy die-casting molds mainly includes steps such as smelting, forming, heat treatment and surface treatment. The specific process flow is as follows:

Smelting: Heating the zinc alloy material to a molten state in preparation for the subsequent casting process.
Molding: Using precision casting technology, the molten zinc alloy is poured into the mold, and parts of the desired shape are obtained after cooling.
Heat treatment: Heat treatment is performed on the finished casting mold to improve its mechanical properties.
Surface treatment: Polishing, spraying and other treatments are performed on the mold surface to improve its corrosion resistance and aesthetics.

4. Quality control

In order to ensure the quality and performance of zinc alloy die-casting molds, we will conduct strict quality inspections and improvement measures before leaving the factory, as follows:

1. Dimensional inspection: Ensure that the size of the mold meets the design requirements and the error is within the allowable range.
2. Surface quality inspection: Strictly inspect the mold surface to ensure there are no cracks, pores and other defects.
3. Performance testing: Conduct die-casting tests on the mold to ensure that it can produce qualified metal parts.
4. Quality records: Record each step of the production process to facilitate subsequent quality traceability.
